Mubarak Dumato, a prime mover of HMA got married


Sultan Kudarat, Maguindanao—Mubarak Tiboron Dumato, a prime mover of the Homeland Media Agency (HMA), among others, got married to Bai Sittie Asmairah Rakman Abdullah on May 22, 2016 held at Bainisan Palace in Salimbao, Sultan Kudat, Maguindanao.

The groom was studied from Al-Azhar University and a son of Al-Imam Abdulsamad Mahmod Dumato Al-Haj and the late Ustadza Saada Egal Tiboron. The bride, on the other hand, is a daughter of late Engr. Datu Muhammad Abdullah and Hadja Kadigua Rakman Abdullah PhD, Information Chief of the Department of Agriculture, Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (ARMM).

Very colorful traditional preparation and decors dominated the venue. A team of agong and kulintang entertained the crowd that included royalties, Ulama and professionals.

Sheikh Ebrahim Gaban, a prominent Qur’an reader, opened the program by reading some verses of Holy Qur’an on marriage.

The officiating Asatidz of the wedding ceremony was led by a renowned preacher Ustadz Nor-ul am Abdullah.

Judge Montano Kalimpo of the Shari’ah Circuit Court, Cotabato City spoke on the solemnization inveterately with the Ulama.

Kalimpo and some Ulama gave their advises and shared some hints to the audiences on living a peaceful marital life.

Five foreign personalities also joined and graced the wedding ceremony. They commended the very traditional & Islamic practices in the wedding.

Guests, friends and relatives of the newly-wed congratulated the couple and wished for a successful marriage.
